Halloween Nights at St Fagans
Put on your most blood-curdling costume for an unforgettable night at St Fagans National Museum which will be transformed into a ghostly Halloween experience. New for this year will be an extra-creepy SCARE ZONE for those who like their nightmares on the wild side (age 12+). As the evening draws to a close watch the Wicker Man burn.

Free Halloween Fun for kids
Head over to Cynon Valley Museum, 10am – 4pm, for a free spooky arts and crafts session, the kids will love getting stuck into some Halloween makes and can take home their creations.

Halloween Spooktacular events for younger visitors are taking place at the Welsh Mining Experience at Rhondda Heritage Park.
The popular family attraction has been transformed for Halloween Spooktacular, which takes place on October 29th – 31st and features all of the traditional events associated with Halloween, including pumpkin carving, a pumpkin hunt, face painting, arts and crafts along with wizard wand and broomstick-making workshops.
Swansea Ghosts & Ghouls
Visit the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea for an unmissable day of spooky fun. Hear ghostly tales, make creepy crafts, meet some unusual characters and discover whether you are in store for a trick or a treat after completing the weird trail.

Solve a Murder Mystery
For just £20 you can take part in a murder mystery night at Cynon Valley Museum, which also includes food and drinks. Booking is a must and you’ll be in for a night of drama and intrigue as you solve the mysterious death of Ronnie MacIntosh.

Too old for trick or treating? There’s lots of scary fun to be had at X-Scream, a spine-chilling immersive horror experience for adults only at Rhondda Heritage Park. Expect a grotesque and terrifying experience, all you have to do is escape in one piece.

Pontypridd Museum will be kicking off the October half term with their magical Museum at Night event, giving visitors the opportunity to take a tour by candelight and meet some spooky visitors! There’ll also be creepy crafts on the day, suitable for families and free to all.
