Brand new yoga sessions at the National Waterfront Museum

The National Waterfront Museum is a beautiful building and the perfect place to relax, stretch out your body and enjoy a mid-week re-charge. Never tried yoga before? Don’t worry – these sessions are suitable for all levels and complete beginners are very welcome. The experienced tutor will be there to guide you through. Find out how breathing, posture and relaxation can help to bring balance to busy lives.

Bring your own mat and blanket if possible (there will be mats available to borrow).
