The Early Bird’s signature brioche doughnuts are made with Welsh dairy free-range eggs and locally milled flour. Made from scratch by bakery apprentices, this is one of many skills that this cherished cafe and bakery helps its budding young bakers to master.
Priced at £2.50 each, these fluffy brioche beauties are filled with a range of fillings, from homemade jams to creamy custards, but the hazelnut praline has been the most popular yet. Filled with caramel crème patisserie and topped with chunks of roasted hazelnuts, these are the perfect match for The Early Bird’s short & strong flat whites.
